Hi, I’m Olena, the founder of Lanska Consulting LLC.

I started this firm with a simple belief: small business owners and families deserve tax guidance that’s clear, practical, and actually useful—not confusing or rushed.

After earning my Master of Accounting, I worked in public accounting and later in corporate roles across logistics and private equity fund accounting. Along the way, I realized most people don’t just need a tax return—they need clarity, strategy, and someone who takes the time to explain the why behind the numbers.

I was born and raised in Ukraine, later immigrated to the United States, and proudly served in the U.S. Army. Those experiences shaped how I work today—with discipline, responsibility, and a genuine commitment to supporting the people I serve.

Before launching my own practice, I worked across multiple industries, including manufacturing, logistics, and private equity. That broader financial background allows me to look beyond compliance and provide thoughtful, well-rounded guidance.

Today, I work with small business owners, self-employed professionals, and entrepreneurs who value proactive advice, transparent communication, and a reliable CPA they can reach year-round—not just during tax season.
